Professional conference organization is our business

Organization of conferences takes over a wide range of services. It includes the booking of conference- and meeting venues, supervision of catering, handling of the preparation of information and promotional material and set up and maintenance of the event website. We also handle the registration of participants and assistance in distributing materials to them, collection of material from lecturers and supervision of abstracts, set up of corporate and product exhibitions related to the event, receptions, gala dinners and other events – and liaising with service providers.

General travel service for participants and their traveling companions is also a part of our services, including booking of accommodation, sightseeing trips and car rental. The financial management is also on our hands, including financial estimates, needs analysis, procurement of offers, negotiation with suppliers, payment of bills and finally – settlement of payments with participants, suppliers and exhibitors.

Our staff takes care of all these aspects with great care and knowledge on your behalf so that your event will be a success.
